This Poster was selected to be part of the “50 YEARS OF POSTERS FOR AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL 1961–2011”
This was one of the very first posters I designed with Woody Pirtle, my mentor and designer at Pentagram Design in 2004. We were given an image (La Colombe et le Prisonnier, 1959, lithograph) donated to Amnesty by Pablo Picasso who was a keen supporter of human rights.
